1. Types of Delivery

Our shop offers both digital products (software downloads) and physical products (e.g. license dongles).

1.1 Digital Products

Digital products (software, license keys, etc.) are provided exclusively in electronic form.

After successful payment, the customer will receive an email containing the download link and, if applicable, the license key.

Delivery usually takes place immediately after receipt of payment, but no later than within 24 hours.

There is no physical shipment of digital products.

1.2 Physical Products (Dongles)

Physical products (e.g. license dongles) are sent by post to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Shipping takes place within 1–3 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipments are made via postal service (e.g. Deutsche Post or an equivalent provider).

2. Shipping Costs

There are no shipping costs for digital products.

Shipping of physical products within Germany and the EU is free of charge.

For deliveries outside the EU, additional shipping fees may apply.
Any such costs will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.

3. Payment Terms

All prices stated are final prices according to § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG).
No VAT is charged or shown.

The following payment methods are available:

  • PayPal

  • Prepayment / Bank transfer

For prepayment orders, delivery or product access will take place after receipt of payment.

For digital products, the download link is automatically activated after successful payment.

4. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

For digital products, the risk of accidental loss passes to the customer once the download link has been made available.

For physical products, the risk is transferred when the item is handed over to the postal service or shipping provider.

5. Technical Requirements

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their hardware and software meet the system requirements necessary to install and use the purchased products.

6. License Keys and Dongles

License keys or dongles must not be shared or transferred to third parties.

The customer is responsible for keeping them safe and protecting them from unauthorized access.
